Match station processing

Most stations request 192 kbps stereo for music and 128 kbps mono for talk. Always normalize to –16 LUFS to give their processors headroom.

Ship both stereo and mono files. Attach cue sheets with timing notes so automation software can align ad breaks.

Those platforms transcode again, so avoid pushing levels. Keep true peaks below –2 dB and use joint stereo to preserve clarity.
